Martín is one of the founder partners of Foresenics. He is a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina (1983). He also holds a Master of Laws from the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington D.C. (1991). He holds a certification issued by Kroll Ontrack, Minneapolis (2011, 2012 and 2014) and a senior consultant with The Berkeley Research Group. Among other awards, he was distinguished with the 2010 Annual Insurance Award on digital evidence management model development,  and with the Buenos Aires Bar Association Award in 2012 on legal aspects of cloud computing. Regarding his academic activities, he's a professor of the Master's Degree in Computer Security at the Universidad de las Américas, Quito, Ecuador, and of the Diploma in Computer Security and Compliance at the Universidad Latina de Panamá, Panama. He is also an Academic Par of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Cundinamarca, Bogotá, Colombia, and was Professor of Legal Technology at the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Gabriel is one of the founder partners of Foresenics. He has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires (1993) and also is a College Systems Analyst (1991). He's also CEO at Expertizen, a company specialized in cloud computing and Google and Microsoft partner. He's an expert in Computer Forensics and Legal Technology Practice. Gabriel is also a Judicial Expert Advisor and Member of the High Technology Law Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association
